Thanks to all who commented! It's both helpful and encouraging to me. I know it's not a traditional portrait (being in a bathtub and all) but I think it turned out quite nice. Of course, I'm probably a little biased... :) And BTW, he really enjoys his baths. :)

Here was my other choice (and believe me, it was a hard one) but the one I submitted just seemed technically better. This one was just fun!!

I really like the black and white treatment and the focus is very nice. Maybe a little less hair covering the face, which is quite appealing. Would like to see more of it. :) But overall a very nice shot.

I just keep coming back to this photo for some reason. It's great! So much character in is face and I love the tones and lightness of this photo. It has a very noble feel to it. Very nice job. Bumped up to an 8 :)
