Some things I like about this photo would be the vibrant colors and the composition is alright. Some things I might do differently, would be less processing, it almost looks like a painting but not quite. Also, the sunglasses don't really seem to go with the traditional scarf. It's hard to tell due to the editing but it looks like the light might be a little harsh. Placing the subject farther away from the background will help with minimizing shadows.

This is a little small in size and not really enough of a face to be considered a portrait, I don't think. I like the idea of the flower. Would just like to see a little more face to go along with it. You should definitely use the full 640 size when submitting. It will help us to see more of the details of your photo. :-)

You can't go wrong with her. :-) This is lovely. Coloring is great, eyes amazing, nice composition and lighting. My only peeve on this particular shot is the her skin. If it's that way naturally than I'm just soooo completely jealous! :-) Great job. 9

Cute! I like the idea of this shot. It seems a litte soft on the focus especially on the eyes and the litte hairs over her eye are a little distracting. Would also love to see the whole eye on right as the corner is cropped a little tight. The braids are cute and so is she. :-)

Very cute! Nice expression and cute touch with the golf club. Could benefit from a tad more light on his face. The bill of the hat shades his pretty eyes. Maybe a use of a reflector below would help here. Like we all carry those around while we're out with the kids. :-) Nice portrait.
