Good advice by BrennanOBComment: Great colors and composition in this one. That red truck cab adds the extra special zing. |

No Standing No Parking anytime!by XileboComment: I reallylike the road sign next to the doorway. It is a fine study in contrasts. If it was mine, I'd probably try to angle away from the car. It seems to detract from the very good composition. Still, it's a good one... |

Osprey With Bassby GeorgeLentzComment: Gracious! A super shot like this scoring in the 6's, and then only makes it to 112th place. Well, you and your 16 commenters know its pretty darn good. |

The Light At The End...by rubyrednailsComment: This looks like the interior of a covered bridge. Great structures and certainly made to last. You captured the woodwork beautifully. I know you wanted to emphasize the brightly lit end of the bridge, but perhaps a neutral density filter or even a polarizer might have helped cut the glare a bit. Still, a good effort. |

Dawn's Early Lightby CantiqueComment: This is so close to being a winner. Love the colors and the light play on the mountains and water. That's beautiful. The rooflines in the foreground are, to me, just a little of a distraction. I hope you have another sunset this good and can move away from civilization a bit for another try at this. It really is a superior view. |

Ghost Writer in my Bedroomby lwkimagesComment: Liked the painting with light creation you did, including the smiling face. I know it's technically not easy. I do wonder if it would have been even more effective if you had used a less busy background. Everything is in good focus though (and I wish my bedroom looked that neat). |

A Lonely Soap Bubbleby fplouffeComment: Those are so blasted hard to photograph. You did an excellent job and used a super background to show it off. 10 |

Gerbera in a WInter Lightby admart01Comment: fine crisp color on that flower and perfect use of black for the background. If it was mine, I'd probably have put the flower more to the left side of the frame for more traditional balance but that's probably just personal preference. My monitor shows some little red spots in the black background. Would have been super if those could have 'disappeared'. |
