This one is the most original of the group you show. Good cropping, nice motion flow on those wings. A little sharper on the breast feathers and you'd have a really top-notch image there. (Can you pull out a little more sharpness by selecting just the breast feathers and using the USM on just them?) I very much like the tangle of bushes behind the bird. It adds good texture to the composition.

And, oh yes, they are so much fun to photograph.

Great imagination to see this one. For the purists in the Challenge, I think it would have been a good idea to show all 5 digits. But I do love the abstract qualities of this image.

The hopscotch squares have me counting too. Maybe a different crop would have accentuated the window theme. When I crop to exclude the foreground it makes a very, very strong image.
