This is an absolutely haunting portrait - you've captured a fabulous moment and an emotion so beautifully. The only reason I didn't score it quite highly is that I didn't get a sense of her being 'in the rain' - I did get that she has wet hair, but that didnt' automatically translate to rain for me. Can I just say again, though - I really love this. This is one of those portraits that stick with you and make you wonder about the backstory behind it.

I really loved the photo and the effect and the power of the pose - I didn't really get a sense of her being "in the rain" though - the title kind of reinforced that.

I like this one - partially because it's obvious the subject is actually in the rain, and you feel that dampness - partially because it's simplicity is just beautiful.

First look, "Is that someone's...." Second look, "WHY is there a random butt in the picture" Third look, "Who is this guy in front and why is he unphased by the random butt in the background"

The fact is that I KEEP looking and that the photograph totally draws me in - and how cool is that background? How did you do that?

Awesome - this is one of my favorites of the challenge. Not sure how the masses will feel, but I absolutely loved it.

I really liked this one - I'm so pleased it was yours! It was EASILY in my top 10. I love the contrast between the light ghosts and the dark lush greens of the forest. I agree that maybe fewer dancers or less clustered together would have been more ethereal - but that's super nit-picky, as I loved it as it is.
