I especially like the very out of focus crucifix in the background here. One of the few without a person in it and since that was explicitly allowed, a plus from me. I might have used an adjective such as "Faith-filled" or "Prayerful" as the title with "Grandpa's Prayer Notes" in parentheses, kind of like a subtitle.

Not sure the sideways look here works that well with the title which to means a dear friend I can really trust. For that, I might prefer a more direct perspective. The skin is over-processed for my taste, too. I do like the position in the frame and the crop.

I like the candid look to this whether it was or not. Wish his features, especially his eyes, were lighter. I think that would give better balance to the image which, as it stands, almost seems more about the cigarette than the man. Maybe you could have titled it "Smoker"?

A real cutie, the colors are my favorite combination -- yellow or golden brown and blue, love it! -- and the eyes, though over-done for my taste, do jump out at the viewer.

Funny take on the theme. I like the idea of the square crop -- works well with the whimsy of the shot -- but in terms of composition, I think it would look better if you lost the top of the image -- down to where the sidewalk ends (or starts) at least. I do like the sharp silhouette and that nose tip :)

Beautiful model and you have found a great perspective for showcasing her lips -- the red lipstick doesn't hurt, either. I like the lighting and subtle framing.

Not a feature I would have thought to remark on or photograph but what a very beautiful, long neck she has -- not at all out of proportion but very stately. I love your cropping choices. Beautiful model. I would take a look at a horizontal flip -- hard to know. Just an idea and not suggesting this orientation is not just fine.

Her Blue Eyes

The high key, white on white look is very nice for showcasing her eyes -- which are very pretty, indeed. I like the lowered saturation -- very porcelain doll looking. The freckles are charming.

Brows

Well, he certainly knows how to work them -- and fine, thick brows they are at that. There's too much space over his head for me -- the framing and composition just aren't working.
