So help me out - what's an ME shot? I love this! And I'm sure it would have scored very highly - though as I remember, there were some exceptionally clever and well-done entries for that challenge. It's one I've shared the link to with friends who are not into photography.

The spattered mud adds some nice interest to the wall - probably not interest that the creator of the mural would enjoy though. Did you get any close-ups? You could give your friends Rorschach tests :)

I love the perspective and lines. I think you could get even more of the structural detail by lightening the shadows. As for the sky, it's plain - if it weren't for the brighter area lower right, I would not mind it. I'd just paint that in. Lightening shadows will put more interest on the trees and much more on the bridge and the sky will pale (sorry :) ) in comparison.
