This is Buster my son's guard dog, off duty for the day shift. He guards a wrecking yard/ panel shop. Unfortunately he was enticed out during a recent robbery. He ended up in the pound and the council wanted $282 'ransom' for being a dog at large. The police stuck up for my son and made the pound release him. Pretty mean of the council, the robbery was about $40,000 worth of theft and damage. A year's income for my son.

Man, that sucks about the robbery, but I'm glad they didn't just poison the dog. :-( Poor guy looks like he works pretty hard!

Sad story. Sorry about the loss. If was nice of the cops to use their influence in order for the council to release the dog. He deserves a rest. Knowing that your son has a wrecking yard, I can see where you get the eye for all of your cool abstract photo's.

Awww! Poor pup being locked up for being the good guy. Glad your son got him back without the penalty.

Terrific shot and I love the processing and tones here. I like this well enough that I would probably do a little editing and take out the wrapper in the lower left corner (or at least desaturate the red part) and the bag sticking up behind the corner of the couch. Glad he was released w/o penalty and so sorry about the robbery.
