Montmartre semble triste et les lilas sont morts by MargaretNetComment: I just kept bumping this one. I spotted jagar's so I know this is not his but I also bet he loves it and maybe even wishes it was LOL I would probably have tried to do something with that sticker in the lower right - desaturate, maybe? But the expressions, the composition, the reflections, the framing are all perfect. 9 Voted earlier. |

tiedby LelezComment: I'm looking at my top picks and this is among them - they are all so very different from one another. I love a blocky, bold, geometric abstraction and this fits the bill perfectly. Colors are great, too. I might have cropped even tighter on the right, losing the pole, but I don't know. 9 Voted earlier. |

Cyrano de Bergeracby KelliComment: What a wonderful title. I try not to be influenced by titles even though I love to find a particularly apt one - not sure I have succeeded here. Great light and colors, love the lines and shapes, the hint of the figure on the balcony?, the play of light and shadow. 9 from me Voted earlier. |

O0 'ओपन दरवाजा 0Oby dougi555Comment: Cool subject, love the colors, and the processing - which I would ordinarily find overdone - is just right. 9 Voted earlier. |

Moses by odriewComment: I have never liked centered better. What a gorgeous image - the figures are nice and clear and so carefree. Love the ripples in the sand in the foreground. Top three for me. Voted earlier. |

Equilibriumby PascalComment: Loved it before, loved it now. Great quiet tones for this equally quiet scene. One of my top three. Voted earlier. |

Week 6. Call of the Wildby NeilComment: Excellent detail. He looks cold with that lifted foot and the light background (which was doubtless water but looks a lot like snow to me). |
