Great scene and good eye to enjoy the humor here. I just took it to mean that cross traffic might not stop as there would be no stop or yield signs for anyone the next few miles, but I loved the multiple levels of interpretation possible on this one. Congratulations on the ribbon.

Such pretty tones - I love the golden brown against the more umber reflection. For me, the background could be cleaner and the focus sharper, but the square crop is very effective with the subtle diagonal.

What is that up by her face? Looks like a strangely large and floating hand. The idea here, suggesting a story, is good. But I find the strangeness of the figure distracting.

oops back to edit. I have finally figured it out. She has a veil in front of her face. My monitor is too dark to allow me to make it out easily. And the floating hand is actually the stems of the bouquet. Sorry.
