The atrocities that we are able to commit against each other are utterly baffling and truly horrifying. I fear for the world we are leaving our children to inherit.

This image appeared about 20% brighter on the monitor I used to edit....the blue was a little more vivid and it felt slightly more optimistic.
I've gone back and corrected my befuddled monitor, hopefully nobody goes back and messes with it again.

this is just the visual companion to the stories that will be told by both parties here for years to come.
"Remember when (I/you) used to ride (my/your) bike through the hose?", thinking back fondly to the sunny days of youth spent being young and having fun.
THIS.....this is why I take pictures.
So many people can look at this image, recall their own youthful adventures, smile and even have a tear come to their eye; many more can look at their children or grandchildren and have the love that exists on the other side of the hose, and the joy of seeing that smile over something so simple and carefree.
This is Life, and it is blissful.
