A little too photoshopped in my opinion. it's definitely got the ghost and creepy background, but it doesn't seem 'natural' (as much as any ghost image can).
still a 6.5 from me. :)

I think the fact that the dress is resembling a ghostly hand with sharp pointy nails is unintended, but it does give some dire foreshadowing as to what will happen to the ghostly heads in the near future...
the 'hand' is my favorite part of this image.

I'm assuming those triangular shapes are supposed to be ghosts and will score the photo as such.
i think this image suffers from emPHASis. Putting the weight on the wrong section. The tree is far too focal, and the lack of reflections from the 'ghosts' with that much emPHASis on the tree is docking some points.

I'd make a joke and say "only if this ribbons" but i wouldn't want you to take offense, so i won't say it :)
i'd call this 'interesting' but if you were able to keep the street crowd still while having your subject leave the shot and then ghost him in it'd be more believable instead of having everybody be as blurry as your 'ghost'
