Great shot. Very sad, but true. There are so many people who go through times like this... I know we've almost been there. It's a tough world.
Back to the picture...
Love the bright colors of the Victoria's Secret Store against the desaturated tones of the woman. It makes for the picture being even more interesting. Like the store is outshining her. Like she doesn't belong.
It's a great capture. Nice detail. Love it!

Lovely shot.
Great use of the sun peeking through the trees. The duck being completely blacked out adds to the picture. Also like the tall grass/weeds in front of the pond. Nice capture!

I See the Light

Very pretty girl. Like the bokeh. Nicely executed. The stray hairs in the back could have been cloned out, as for the few stray in the front. I think that perhaps a slight more angle (facing closer to the photographer) would have been good. I don't feel the sense of loneliness, maybe if she was hanging her head slightly? But I think it's a great photo overall. Nicely done!

The DOF is well done, the detail on the bear is great. Love the colors and the lighting. The position of the bear, as if someone just threw it out like it's old junk. Great shot. Lovely angle. Perfectly done!

I almost did something similar to this with my daughter as the model. Great focus! Love the colors, it helps to portray that lonely feeling. Nicely executed.

All Alone and Caged

The colors are nice and vibrant. I think that what's throwing me off is the un-levelness of the cage.
I like the title, fitting. And a nice close up.
Did you try taking the picture at a further distance? Sometimes that helps with the composition of an image as well. I know there are many pictures that I wish I would have just taken a few steps back, while others that I should have taken a few closer.
Overall, nice entry.
