So different. I love that you've used a photographic technique, rather than an actual key, for this challenge. I am sure there will be people who are going to say DNMC... but I like this. It makes you wonder, it makes you think... and it's a beautiful photo.

I like the shot overall. I think that if there was some blur to the gauges at the top, it would have made the keys pool Also, there seems to be a reflection of light on the keychain (the silver part), throwing it off a little for me.

Brass Keys

This shot seems a little over-warm to me (if that makes sense). Perhaps it's the strong gold tones, and the lighting to the left of the frame. Also, I think that it was cropped a little too much, being that the top is barely chopped off.
Did you try this in black and white? I think that may have done better. But that's just my opinion. :)
Overall, I like the keys and the idea. Good luck. :)

I really like this. The fact that this is a key challenge, and you didn't pick a normal "key". The fact that it is a key on a keyboard/typewriter. The fact that it actually says "key". Interesting, different, outside of the box. Nice lighting and DOF. Very well done.
