It seems underexposed to me; the soft light works well and the textures of the background and worn surface of the wheelbarrow look good, but it's very dark.

Cute, simple, and a fairly clean background. I might have suggested moving closer to the tree on the left and positioning the camera to bring the trees closer together where the girl fills more of the void, but that's nitpicking...

It's a cool concept, and the subtlety of the way the face is visible is nice, but I think I would have preferred a smooth cloth or possibly having the embroidered side where the shadow is.
