The flower girl is quite well done. I find the black thing on the right of the picture quite distracting and adds nothing to the picture. Cropping it out would help. You also cut her hair off.

The pole is somewhat distracting, could have cropped some of it out. Both birds look somewhat out of focus. The white breast of the flying bird looks to be over exposed, you might have over corrected this if you post processed the picture.

I like the content of the picture. Moving closer might have helped but you probably were restricted as to how close you could get.
