Thanks all for the comments. This photograph was taken from the 94th floor observation deck of the John Hancock Tower in Chicago - the same location from which achiral's blue ribbon winning //www.dpchallenge.com/image.php?IMAGE_ID=41218 (Sweet Home Chicago) was taken. Archiral's Sweet Home Chicago shot inspired me to also go around Chicago and take night shots including shots from the same location where he took his from ... Chicago is such a photographer's heaven and the 94th floor observation deck of the John Hancock Tower is a wonderful vantage point to shoot from ... and apparently can produce winning shots :-).
