Nice. Crop some more from the top to make it tighter and more focused on the man. Something different and very informative. Good job!

The halos around your elements are obvious. I hope there is a way to reduce the halos.

This is an interesting image with a strong foreground against a majestic background. Its problem in the challenge may be due to the lack of color, the harsh light, namely the time of exposure. Since this challenge was advanced editing I would have made a solid or gradient layer and used a either a red or a blue and then select a low opacity, just enough to bring some magic into the image. So there is nothing that is particularly wrong with the shot except that the enchantment aspect was not exploited.

You certainly had a good idea and you managed to make a very good capture. The composition is good. My only advise is that when you shoot still subjects, I would opt for the lowest ISO and take advantage of the smallest aperture even if you have to go down to 60th of a second which you can very well manage by holding the camera steady.

Another idea for this subject is to have gone for a close up at ground level of the plants. Drop a red or blue tint layer, as explained above and bingo, the enchantment is there.

THANK YOU very much, Daniel. The post processing procedures that you've suggested are just what I was looking for but didn't know how to do. This is such a good learning experience. I actually have pictures from the ground level but like this photo, they were also a bit flat ... I had no choice for the lighting because I went to the park at noon - I only had a day to visit. I will surely apply your suggestions to my other pictures. Thanks again!

I didn't know about this. If I have seen your photograph before I went to the falls last year, I would have certainly doen this. Your perspective is wonderful, your colors are great and it was the right time of the day to take this. Hope you do well.

Nice. I like the creamy appearance of the water. Hope you can do a tutorial how to achieve a texture like this.

I love San Diego and I love this photograph. The sky is particularly amazing and the action is palpalbe even to the minutest detail. I just wish the Padres will win (wishful thinking I guess). Hope you do well (again, I think).
