Beautiful contrast between the black background and the reds and could probably benefit by increasing the contrast more. BTW, the title is VERY appropriate but it took me a long time to get it ... until I realized the flowers have these lip like structures and they appear to be singing to their hearts' content! Wonderful capture! I just wish there is a way to highlight these lips more because they really make the picture!

Ang ganda naman! You really captured the tropics in this photograph - the vegetation is so lush, the colors are so vivid ... it feels like mother nature is really taking over ... even through the cracks of the cement, weeds are sprouting up. It's ripe, it's fecund, it's very fertile.

Dendrobium Orchid

Love it. It's as if one is invading the private life of this particular orchid. The diagonals invite my eyes to dig deeper into the inside ... which is so inviting because of the light. Co(o)lors are wild (congratulations in your manipulations!). Texture of the petals is well captured ... delicate and soft. Orchids are so exquisite ... and so is this picture.

The blue background makes this because it makes sure that your main subject shines. Very good choice of the background color. I also like the dynamic quality to this by blurring the reflection - it is so paradoxical ... it's a still life but there is some active component as well. Beautiful!

Cool. Very mesmerizing. The coloration, definition and shadowing of the veins are remarkable. It's like following a maze. The glare at the bottom center is a little bit distracting and could probably be cropped just at the level of the 2nd rib from the bottom. But I am just being petty. Good job!

I like the details that you were able to extract from the feathers ... but the shadow in front is a little bit distracting as it takes about a third of the picture. But the details and texture are wonderful.
