Somewhere In The Maryland Countrysideby GolferDDSComment: What a great mob of sheep? How much did you have to pay them to pose for you like that? I like the picture a lot, but I can imagine it cropped to a panorama format, making the sheep stand out better. |

Neptuneby kellianComment: Nice statue for a subject, and nicely composed. Seems too contrasty to me. |

The Ever-Elusive Albino Squirrelby DefyTimeComment: Great shot. You can see every hair, and the expression on its face is priceless. This squirrel seems to be studying you, and not liking what it sees. Tracking down an albino squirrel must difficult to start with, and getting this good a shot even more so. |

Motown Magnoliaby scrum8Comment: Very pretty rendition. I like the subtle colors and the capture of so many shades. The shape of the flower comes across beautifully, and the background is nicely blurred to make the flower stand out. |

Is it cheese?by toddheadComment: Nice moon shot. Good detail, and I like the use of color. The color is unusual, most moon shots look like black and white even when shot in color. I think placing the moon off-center on a rectangular, rather than square, background would make a more effective composition. |

A New Look for Piggyby scalvertComment: Could this be Miss Piggy of Sesame Street fame? I like the contrast of the colorful hat and the monochrome pig. A cloudier day, or another time of day, might have helped to reduce the harsh shadows and bring out more detail in the pig's face. |

Crookedby kosmikkreeperComment: Nice composition, attractive texture. Black and white works well, but the picture seems very contrasty, with no detail in the shadows. |

New Cygnets In Trainingby DrakeComment: Very cute, nice action. Seems a bit underexposed, and the cygnet on the right's head is completely obscured by the splash. Or is it under water? |

Tulipsby willtataComment: The tulips are pretty, and the fence makes a nice background, but the detail gets lost in the number of flowers and the distance you're working from I think coming in close and getting four or five flowers in closeup detail would make a better shot. |
