	Burning spiral by nlghttrain Comment: With so many shots of stove burners, it really takes something extra to stand out. This is a well executed shot - the metallic sheen is especially well done, but it doesn't get to the top score.

	Careful...beverage...extremely hot by Melethia Comment: Puns in the caption don't count for me. In this case the pun is in the photo itself, and it's an imaginitive and well executed take on this challenge.

	Peppers by ClubJuggle Comment: Nice, sharp photo of chiles and the hot sauce they are made of. I appreciate the lack of fake-looking and irrelevant flames, puns in the title and other distractions from a straight clean photo. One of my favorites.

	Hide and seek. by photogene Comment: A lot of people used the lenscap as cookie idea; this is one of the better renditions of that theme.

	FinePix of view from a butterfly by dube140463 Comment: The butterfly is nice and sharp, but the lenscap is supposed to be the subject. More DOF would improve that, or placing the lenscap much closer to the butterfly.
