	parking by tvsometime Comment: Great details, there is a story here, almost like a still frame from a TV crime suspense series(one of the good ones on a pay channel). I think the piece of cardboard makes the shot.

	Crystal Mill by Ja-9 Comment: painterly wilderness madness, great color and detail. I think what saves this shot is the fact that the subjects are familiar- but the composition is not too cutesy or contrived. There is a rugged violence to the amount of sky you show, enhanced by the chaotic water below.

	pod by mefnj Comment: Wow- this is really fantastic. Futuristic- apparently the extended editing crowd is a bunch of traditionalists. I for one think this is underrated.

	Walden - Life in the woods by Alex_Petrini Comment: - the sequel. "Thoreau's Apocalypse." very dramatic. great sense of scale- as vast as this shot is underrated.

	I wish... by Judi Comment: I really like the "patina" that appears to be over the whole shot. Gives the photograph an aged feel without doing it overtly. I also like the fact that the camera position has created the illusion that the girl's arms, hands and feet are bigger than should be proportionately- like sculptures of old.
