A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Manby namComment: You found a good enough hat and a young, slender man, and the title goes well with the portrait only that it does not go too well with Joyce. It is a good shot but I am not capable to really like it.

1984 - George Orwellby FourPointXComment: Could be a page from his book anytime. As a photo, I am not impressed with it. I mean, outside of this challenge the photo does not stand on its own in my opinion.

Oliver Twistby GeneralEComment: Too bad that you did not find a boy to hold the bowl. There are a few inconsistencies here determined mostly by the awkwardness of the sitter. I would be happy if you will revisit this idea. I would like to see the result.

How beauteous mankind is! O brave new world
There is a great sense of loneliness.
It took me a while to see the egg, I wished that you did something more interesting with the red, but all in all, a very strong image.

The Bell Jarby grahamgatorComment: Sylvia Plath. Did not read the book but I read about it. The photo has a lot of meaning but the butterfly is alive and well while the jar seems to go through hell. Splitting hair. I expected more of a shattering feeling from this picture.
It has every piece that connects it to Plath but lacks the anguish.

Very good movement of the boy. The hunter being hunted. The quivering trees.

Blindness - José Saramagoby Alex_PetriniComment: Just as the title says. A good image. I am trying to understand why it does not touch me though, which is of lesser importance but I am one of the viewer of this photo. Must be the directness of the message.
I particularly like the rain, like pointy arrows of the sky.
