In answer to Barry:

The answer is....
....from the mushroom royalty: LION'S MANE Hericium erinaceus or, depending on foklore - yamabushitake (= ‘mountain priest mushroom’), bearded tooth fungus, bearded hedgehog, or old man's beard

Sliced and quickly fried in a film of oil with salt and a touch of garlic and ta-ta! Your brain sparkles and become sharp not to mention other multiple benefits known and unknown yet to humans
The other ones are the chestnut mushrooms, delicious also, cooked the same and with a bit of lemon on top
