City viewingby jonpinkComment: I love this shot. I originally scored it low because I found the circle very distracting but as I've come back to it several times I realize that it's a perfect lead in to the shot itself. Very nice colors, if the circle was perfect, not cut off on the top and bottom this would have been a 9 or 10 |

What is this, Pride of the Nation?by adriannayusofComment: Not sure I understand the title but this does fit the challenge. The only things I would have changed is the lamp post on the left, very distracting and takes away from the buildings themselves. |

The Bayou Cityby jab119Comment: Sharp, crisp, clear and the sun coming up to provide almost perfect lighting. The only distraction for me was the darkness on the bottom but again it helps add to the shot at the same time. The tree on the right is more distracting. |

Silicon Valley Buildingsby jspencer1962Comment: I'm guessing this shot was at dusk, hence the darker lighting and the lights coming on in the cars. The sky colors are interesting but I think I would have liked it better if there parking lot was more cropped out, more buildings in focus of the shot. |

the Pink Lady in the fogby Wheeler1992Comment: A lovely shot and an interesting house but it really doesn't convey a sense of urban to me, more upper class but that's just me. I realize the shot is in the fog, hence the softer focus but the shot is almost washed out at the top, a bit distracting. |

Amazing, I've come back to it several times trying to figure out just how and I think it's the iron itself, the weed in the sidewalk and the general mood of the shot. Well done. |
