This is so pretty, I love the quiet feel of the shot. The lighting on the building is very nice and the bench in the front is a nice touch, it helps break up the bottom of the shot without distracting from it. I started this at a 7 but am raising to an 8, could be higher but the crops on the sides could be a tad tighter and the white border is a bit distracting.

This is a lovely shot but the post processing is a bit too much for my taste. I'm not sure i like this coloration of this shot and would like to see it in either it's original color or even a black and white. A 6 to start but am raising to a 7

This is so pretty, I have seen this effect so many times, the rays of light coming through the clouds and I never get tired of seeing it. This is a wonderful concept and the overall capture and crop is good. But the lighting is off a bit, seems there should be much more contrast in this shot and the white areas could pop more. I like the landscape on the bottom, are those houses? Really makes you realize just how small we really are at times. A 7

I like the concept on this shot, the darkened statue on the left and the mosaic cross on the right. The light is also well done, the shadow to the light but the cropping is too tight on the right, the one stone got cut off and left me wanting to see it completed. Also the dark shadow all the way on the left is also a bit distracting. A 7

What a pretty dome! The colors are wonderful and the design is great. You even get the line effect on the dome part as you should in a shot like this. The cropping leaves me wanting though, the cutting off of the top and the building on the left are really distracting. A 6 to start but am raising it to a 7

Smoke, light and lots of mirrors, reminds me of some of the gospel fests I have attended. The concept is good, the behind the musician shot, I barely saw the guitar in the man's hands and the different lights on the women is also good. The lack of any real clarity in any part of the shot throws me just a bit and the way his shadows fall is also off to me, can't quite say why. A 5

This is a nice shot overall, I like the way the rocks draw you in from the top and take you through the shot and I like the person sitting there in quiet reflection, thinking of the past and showing respect. The dark corner in the bottom right is a bit distracting, a slightly tighter crop perhaps? And the shadows from behind are a good play on the light. I started at a 7 but am moving to an 8

I almost missed the shadow on the right there, how did you do that???? Very interesting! The light on the left is a bit harsh and the cropping makes the roofs look like they are leaning, a bit disorienting. A 5

Reflecting Upon Religion

This is a lovely shot overall but the lack of clarity on any one point is a bit distracting to me. And the mist in the back, I would have loved to see this on a clear day but sadly Mother Nature doesn't always work with us, does she? I love the colors and the way the trees on the top end up framing the tower on the building. The border is a bit heavy and dark for this shot but not too distracting. I started this at a 5 but am moving it to a 7

This is a beautiful church, almost reminds me of Notre Dame! The lighting is very well done and the clarity of the shot is amazing. The only thing that could have made this a perfect 10 or raised it to a 9 is a slightly tighter crop, less leaves on the bottom and the trees on the right are a bit distracting. An 8
