Interesting arrangement. Would love to see this with more of the items on the plate in focus and taking up more space with a less cluttered background. Items in the background dont seem to fit with the foreground ...my 2c.

I like the picture as it is , the border and the color of the text spoil the overall effect ... I would love to see this image with black text and a simple black frame . Maybe the the lighting of the persons head from the back was not a good idea ...just the lighting from the front would suffice ?

The theme is good and the picture is clear, the guy in uniform and the flag - the only suggestion going forward would be to try place the person so that the flag is not growing uut of his head. A less cluttered background may also make it a more powerful picture. I realize the above suggestions may be impossible to do in some places ...but I those were the only things I could think of that could be improved.
