I gave it 5 for 2 reasons:
1. it does not seem to meet the challenge as you look more across and not down, you can hardly tell that you took this photo from above
2. the processing made it look lacking sharpness and has this washed out feel

PS Just noticed TRUMP across the river, that would be 4 if I noticed it earlier (just kidding ;)
