She's Got Legs by Art RoflmaoComment: Well it's about time you ribboned. Such great work, such humor, what could the voters have been thinking until now.
A BIG BIG CONGRATULATIONS! |

day-21.jpgby JakerComment: Negative works pretty well here. Perhaps blacks need to be adjusted a bit, but nice overall! |

Day 21 - Smileby KenComment: Adorable. Good expression, good focus where it's needed. Looks like she's about to escape over the wall :) |

Portraits Day 19: Cadence IIby socalsteveComment: I like this shot and overall the pose.
Critical Look: perhaps he way the modellooks, but it seems to me the perspective makes her head look pinched down/flat. If you were shooting on the wide side, perhaps you might do some perpective adjustment here? (Also, you might fix the crease inside her thigh. |

Window ~19by JeniYComment: Good tones, and I like the "pose" here. This shot might be a good candidate for the "old photo" overlay treatment. |

Botanica 825by pixelpigComment: This is wonderful! Make that superb. Quick, print it large, on canvas, and hang it or sell it! |

Portraits Day 17: Naomiby socalsteveComment: Good expression and teasing setup. Very nice overall.
Constructive crit: BG has a yellow cast on the right side (intentional?). Also, though it's not seen, having her point her toes on the left foot and perhaps put the foot a bit more forward would have shaped her leg a bit better. You might dodge the shadow on her left cheek a bit, and the one cast on her forearm by the suit strap.
(BTW - in answer to your question about my using the 18-200 for macros, it's done by using extension tubes, which sit between the lens and camera.)
