Commenting only: Great scene, love the bg...I think it would be more interesting though if the foreground had more detail rather than being in sillouette. In that way, the two "layers" are used for depth, and there's still a wonderful focal point in the foreground, a la David Muench.

Commenting only: I like the composition of this, and the intense pose/stare. My detailed crit is the highlights seem a bit close to overexposzed. Might have been interesting to darken it a bit more, and if you wanted the left right contrast, let the right side of the pic get a bit darker as opposed to normal.

Commenting only: Very good shot, I like the foreground for depth and a bit of leading lines. Good clarity. Detailed crit: Lacks a focal point (not always necessary, but would help here) ... the leading lines lead me in, but I end up in the water. A boat in there would have been perfect. Lighting could be more interesting...mostly flat except for the sun on the peaks.
