Fun shot. My suggestion would be to have eliminated the background, the wood line in the wall and the dark curve on the left distract from the main subject (as small distractions as these seem, they affect the overall impact.) You might have even cropped the left side to eliminate the background and her hand, and it might have been a bit stronger without any other manips.
