Your light source seems to be quite harsh, and could be toned down quite a bit. All of those specks distract from the main subject. If they are lint or dust cleanliness can't be stressed enough. If your baclground is farther back from the subject some of the spots will go away. Experiment with less light and longer exposures. 4

I know cows and manure go together but I think I would have worked around it this time. The cow's shoulders are quite a bit on the bright side losing most of their detail. I like the way you have the cows head right up into your picture though. 5
