Excellent DOF! Colors are nice. If you're doing stock, this would work well there too. For the challenge I think the score should have been much higher. You definitely nailed the bits part (pun intended).

Excellent zen! I love the colors and the composition. The softness kind of gives it a peaceful, almost surreal feel to it. The gradient in the sky is gorgeous as well. Beautiful job all around as usual. So sad to hear it might go to the bulldozers.

Met the challenge very well. And it would be an excellent product advertisement. Not that it did bad here, but it seems most voters don't like ad like photos. If you do it well the best your going to get is low 5's. (Don't get me wrong I'd be happy to get low 5's!). But maybe if you had opened the bottle and had a pretty glass full next to it, it would have done better.

Very pretty! The background color was just different enough to see a difference (if that made sense). The lighting was excellent. Loved the water drops.

Nice job on this one. I especially like the glow in the eyes and on the chin. Maybe you could heal out on the cheek though. It's gives it a mystical quality. Your gold tones are very nice.

Very interesting setup. I think the lion head is OOF in someway though. Other than more sharpening or maybe a different lighting, I don't know what to suggest. I've tried a few times to work in raw, but can't seem to get the hang of it.

Great abstract. I wouldn't know what the reflection is of without the explanation. The gold colors are very good. The only detraction is the red lines right in the middle. I can't figure out if they are also part of the reflection or something in the water. But, if you could get rid of them it would be so much better.

Well, you should have went with the cat...LOL. It's actually a good photo, but I think subconsciously people hate pigeons. I'm surprised to see you with a sub 5 score though.
