Harbor Entranceby GermaineComment: What pretty light! It looks so peaceful. Dredging in the Delaware river (NJ/Philadlephia area) always poses a problem. They have to keep the shipping channels open, but where to put what they dredge is a hot button issue because the river is polluted. Somehow it always seems to end up doing some damage. |
