A Plumbers Dreamby tpawluchComment: It's a nice capture. I haven't really been able to catch a nice sequence of drops in a drip yet like you have on the top.
I kinda have to agree with Bubbles that it isn't really a sphere at first glance. It would be later, but in that shot it isn't being a perfect sphere. I wonder if the knowledge that it would spherise itself later on was enough for most of the voters.
I like the composition of the photo. I can't really make out what's being refracted in the drop though. It would have been really nice if I could. I can only imagine how tricky it would be though. Very nice background though. It's nice and warm and good for the trops.
I'm not convinced it's in focus either. The drop we look at I mean. It's nearly there but I'm not certain, and normally if you're not certain it's not, I've found. Message edited by author 2010-07-21 12:13:25. |

My Blue Heaven by vawendyComment: Awesome shot. I was wondering if it was a pet bird for a while.
I'm tellin' ya you should tape an IR trigger to the camera and use that. Not for a pernament fixture, but to get shots you might otherwise miss. |

Medieval Ruinby MarstonComment: You've got some dust or something on your lens/sensor. To the right of the second from top window, two thirds of the way along there's a bit of a cluster.
Overall nice picture, though. Very rectangular. |

Aphrodisiacs with Lemon IIby hotpastaComment: Great shot and composure. Even though you probably left it in there intentionally, I think there's a stone in the right lemon that I can't stop looking at. |

Siena 2by JudiComment: Haha. Awesome! That really made me chuckle. I was wondering if someone would be doing this and was delighted someone did!
(Being ultra-critical cause I can't see anything at all wrong with it) the original was very very soft all over. I think the textures of the cloth on the left and top left are maybe a bit rough for this picture. The textures in the SIENA were... different and I think (in a comparison sense) that it suited the shot better.
Love the eyes. Great prop replication. |

bullseyeby holygroundComment: I didn't score this highly because it didn't meet the challenge specifications as I saw them (I imagine you've heard that a bit this challenge).
However. I like the picture. Nice detail on the dart board. Nice blur. |

Magic Ballby boone168Comment: Excellent image. One criticism is that I can see you in there. It might have been possible to remove yourself from the image and trigger the shutter remotely. The stand may have been obscured by other lines in the shot. It's no big deal, though.
I really like it. 10 :) |

Oxidationby banmornComment: I like the symmetry of this shot. The broken glass panes is also very nice. |
