Great great image. Almost certainly a ribbon here. In all likelihood the blue too. Superb action. Great composure. 10 and a fav fro me. Great set up too. Made me laugh. I can see this scoring either really highly, or regular highly (for you), I can't figure out which. I'm hoping for the former.
Something about this makes me wonder if it might be a photo of a photo. I think it's the lens perspective.

Night Time Moon bow

I'm glad you said 'moon bow' because it looks like day time! The star trails prove it isn't and I'd've missed them had you not titled it such. Good work.
I know it's night time so the sky is very blue, but I find it a little too blue considering the rest of the shot looks like it's day time. I might have done some selective editing on that region. But either way wonderful shot, and you're getting an 8.

I guess it's a criticism you might have anticipated, but I don't like where the subject is looking. I don't feel engaged with him at all.
Lighting is excellent. Really excellent. Tiny bit of white on the bottom right that I don't like too much. But besides that well done!
