I think the contextual scenery is a bit blown probably due to the long exposure. Nice scene. But I'd like to have seen maybe blues in the sky or cloud definition and more details on the grass. Perhaps some light HDR'ing on the image would have given you that while maintaining the motion blur.

Me 'n My Girl

Irish wolfhound! Love them dogs. When I was 8 I had a paper round where I cycled to my neighbourhood dropping newspapers around the place. Once, an Irish wolfhound got overly excited on seeing me and ran to me and I fell off my bike. He then came over and stared licking my face, but I was terrified he was going to eat me!
They're also pretty dumb, but really friendly. They used be vicious and be much much larger and stronger. Great dogs though!
