I'm dying to come back after voting and see more about your processing. Its an effective homage to Norman Rockwell. Kudos. Hope it does well. |

I'm guessing this might be Bodie, or some similar ghost town. The arrangement of the room and its contents feels staged. Nonetheless, this is a stunning photo. Highly effective use of wide angle, the B&W processing is impeccable, and it tells a story I want to know more about. Kudos. Hope it does well... |

Not sure how much of the color palette was a result of post-processing vs the actual scene. Regardless this is a really effective use of limited colors (red/rust and greens). I wasn't initially sure what drew me to the photo. As I look more carefully, it's the combination of composition and color. Kudos... hope it does well. |

Clever idea for the theme. I like the way depiction of the slightly irregular distances between seconds. Probably not something one would notice without the long shutter technique. |

I'm usually not a big fan of such highly saturated images, but in this case the color palette and intesity of the color work well. Kudos... hope it does well. |

Love the composition with three different points of attention with an overall balance intact. The B&W processing is quite effective, too. Kudos... hope it does well. |

Thanks for the positive comments - This is really an interesting piece of architecture. Part of a whole City Hall, Conference Center, Performing Arts Complex in Escondido, CA. Handheld looking straight up. Talk about a crick in the neck... I gotta use the tripod more :) Message edited by author 2010-08-25 02:00:48. |
