My private placeby wetlandComment: You are lucky to have such a beautiful private place. I'm not super keen on the HDR in the trees. The harsh edges of the leaves are somewhat hurting my eyes. It does look nicer in the rocks.

3D tvby tigerluongComment: I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out what I'm looking at. Is it a toy in front of the TV? Does the TV not have glass? I'm confused (not in a good or bad way, just confused).
Obvious tripod use: Very low. With the lighting of this image, I'm not seeing how the use of a tripod is required forthe shot. |

Electric Blueby supanovaComment: Cute idea for the website. I find myself wishing the blue was brighter (more electric feeling).

Red Lineby thatsanicepictureComment: Cool use of light painting. Without the light streak in the background, this would have likely been a relatively boring photo to me. But that little touch makes a huge difference.

Evening Light, Evening Calmby Bear_MusicComment: I really like the separation of the background and foreground. Some may prefer a smoother out of focus area, but I think it provides extra character to the photo.
Obvious tripod use: Low. I spent a good chunk of time looking at this photo and trying to determine how a tripod was essential to the shot, but I couldn't see that at all. |

Indian Burial Hillby jmritzComment: Interesting use of blur. Actually it's pretty cool for those that stop and think about it. With the nice sharp trunks and the moving branches it gives a sense of wind that is hard to capture in a photo.
Obvious tripod use: Medium-high. To me it's obvious a tripod is needed, but I wonder if voters who are not really paying attention will miss the details here. |

Friendship Fountainby BuddyBaumComment: Lovely lines to this photo. The horizon is very badly tilted, which is ruining the cleanliness of the image for me.

Purpleby dali_lama_2kComment: Interesting perspective for a water fall style shot. It took me a bit to figure out what I was looking at. I fear that speed voters may not take the time to appreciate it.
