First Impressions:
I didn't know how to express my first impression of this shot until I read your notes and the word "spiritual" would seem to sum up my first impression

Technical (Comp, lighting, color, focus):
good fill the frame composition; someone mentioned in their comments that it seemed oof - and truthfully it does - but that only adds to this image. Very good job with the boarder btw.

Challenge:
definately a negative image

Artistic/Emotion:
A fine piece of artistice work - one which really pulls on the heartstrings and so is also a very emotional piece.

Summary:
Really the only complaint I have about this image is the title as the title and the image seems to backwards to me....in my mind it's the baby who's touching the moms hand. But that's just my little nit-picking. Overall this is a very powerful image with lots of feeling behind it. I have enjoyed it very much.

What a great shot! Really cool.

Technical (Comp, lighting, color, focus):
A great eye to spot this as a reflection - even better thinking to photograph it! Turned out great as a negative image

Challenge:
Met the challenge head on!

Artistic/Emotion:
As an artistic piece this is awesome! The more I look at it the more I like it. In looking at your votes I wish I had scored this better - around a 7 or 8 instead of 6. This is really a pleasure to view. My only suggestion would be a crop just above the 1st floor windows. I think it steals attention from the ferris wheel.
On an emotion level I see this as quite an erie piece of art. I like it!

Summary:
This is more than just a photograph or a picture. This is a work of art and has been appreicated as such by posthumous. It's a very imaginitive piece - wonderfully put together.

captured nice color here on the turkeys heads

Technical (Comp, lighting, color, focus):
Your compostion is fine but seems to me the background is very busy. I realize it's a wildlife shot and you can't really set it up, but blurring your background some may have helped with this. Also, as mentioned below getting rid of the road would be very benifical to this shot.

Challenge:
Your shot meets the challenge very well.

Artistic/Emotion:
Not sure this is a great artistic shot, looks more like good luck and as you mentioned in your notes you came over the rise and there they were. Frankly I'm surprised they didn't run away from you!
Your title is the emotional kicker on this one.

Summary:
You lucked up and got a nice shot of turkeys! :-) BTW, I'm not knocking "luck" in anyway - I'm quite a fan of Lady Luck myself.
