I am concerned about post processing on this, I have no idea if you did this in camera or in post, but man this would be a full 10 if I knew you did it in camera.. As a matter of a fact, send me an original if you did do it in camera, and I'll bump you up to a 10 right away.. :)

Beyond that, the color is just over-processed looking to me, it doesn't look artsy, at least to me.. So, Good try, I'll give you a 5 because I really dislike this shot, but because I think you were at least keeping to the spirit of the task..
