I like how you cannot see the human except from the knees down as the blue jeans and shoeless feet make a great contrast with the white brolly. Clearly in motion but with no rain, so it is a mechanism of obfuscation here but it IS effective & engaging. The white high-key background adds to this a lot also.

A different but beautiful interpretation of the challenge - the suspended droplet with the half reflection is just superb. I like how the rest of drops are rolling down the curled yellow petal while the variegated bloom underneath is sheltered. The line/shapes in this are exquisite, both seperate and blended.

The contrasts of orange against green are very effective in this as is the star point of view against the octagonal centre. Clean lines & subtly shaded colours make an engaging & superb photograph.

The multiple lines are very engaging in this against the white background and are echoed by their own shadows. Very simple concept, great execution.

We remember quietly in all the ways we can...Understated, heartfelt, recognised and superb. We are lines and lifelines, bricks and that in between which holds it all together. Walk on this and think of all which has been lost.

This is a wonderful portrait as it captures the ages and lines of hard won years of wisdom and Life. Evocative, contemplative and the muted softer colours & ridged fabric lines enhance the feeling of time spent and lost. The expression of the eyes in this is superb and I like how she still has flowers in her hair.

Dark..and disturbing, especially at Christmastime, although this aptly demonstrates an intensity of Love which some do not wish to contemplate.

These three look for all the world like they are sharing the latest pond gossip. Delightful and funny.
