How beer can be the sunset of a rockstarby Alex_PetriniComment: Originally posted by tome: Haha, Dreher!? This must be the beer of your youth :)) And it's not too strong, if I remember correctly. |
Yes it is and a very cheap one ^_-
I guess I've never bought one of those :) |

How beer can be the sunset of a rockstarby Alex_PetriniComment: Thank you everybody!
I really appreciated your very kind words.
I love DPChallenge because it allows me to have new ideas and sometimes the brain storming process is funnier than the shooting ;)
Robert, I love beers, but definitely not these Italian ones - I'm more a German beers lover but surely not a drunk :D

Government meets Business in downtown Ottawaby RyanWComment: Originally posted by RyanWareham: After this shot I learned how to properly expose and shoot night scenery.
Lighting on building was hard to adjust due to floodlights from work crews.... it looked better on camera screen so I was happy at the time.
Think hdr could've helped this if I had shot some various exposure shots.... |
You don't necessarily need an HDR to achieve a good result. In this kind of shots it's better to shoot during the blue hour after sunset when the equilibrium between light and darkness is perfect.
Moreover here you could fix the distorsion of the buildings. |
