You don't necessarily need an HDR to achieve a good result. In this kind of shots it's better to shoot during the blue hour after sunset when the equilibrium between light and darkness is perfect.

Moreover here you could fix the distorsion of the buildings.

A little too much light on the half the building, with the other half very dark. It also seems to be unlevel. Just some things I noticed. I like the idea of the photo, maybe a tighter crop on the castle (or whatever it is, not sure) and a different angle?
