The lighting on this is so good, the shadow and colour detail so perfect, the title simple yet accurate. That hand in the background behind the softbox (I think) can only belong to one person. You (two?) never cease to amaze me with your technicals...I can see that you're not drug users or had medical experience :) You should have flicked the air bubbles out of the syringe :) and perhaps had everything a little bit higher for Centred Comp IV. Only faults I can see 10-1=9

Now this is a decent child photo. Eyes, focus, B+W. Black shadow on her right neckline detracts a bit. Would love this to ribbon. I am not a fave of child photo's, but this is how it should be done when it's done.
