Golden Momentby liebmanComment: Pity, I gave this a 9. Maybe Liebman is on the road and should have uploaded his original as he has not replied to any comments and might have gotten the dreaded validation request... |

Jesus in my heartby posthumousComment: Nice brown going there 'bro hehe. Can you award yourself a ribbon? I refrained from commenting on the phallic thing, thought maybe it was intentional but the batteries were flat...watch how many people will now suddenly award this a posthumous in the forums but by looking at the Voting Breakdown only six gave it above 7... |

Here we go again...by mcieslakComment: I got it, so did PennyStreet and Wyvern and omg NikonJeb did too. More proof that Joe Bloggs should never be hired to judge professional photo competitions...theres a reason why there's a panel of (respected) judges chosen for that. Those 18 x 1's, 15 x 2's, 29 x 3's and 45 x 4's should be ashamed of themselves for not affording you more than 1/1000th of a second of their time... |

Tango Dancerby tangueraComment: Yup, goes to show that on DPC if it isn't in your face the majority don't get it and click 1,2,3,4 and move on...don't be disheartened. This was a fab shot and I gave it an 8. I'm smelling a posthumous... |

Tools of the trade for wildlife photography; A tripod and a willing model!!by bobonacusComment: My only 10. This is a masterful shot with the seal innocently raising it's head up to ask about the type of lens the photog is using :) The DOF is perfect.
These moments are not contrived and you have to be on the ball to capture them. Excellent expectation and timing Robert. This kind of photography outstrips contrived still life / studio shots as it cannot be (re)created. |
