	Snug by bspurgeon Comment: Almost perfect shot. I love the primary browns. Good lighting on the central subject. I would have cropped out the bottom right green. I also went with a smaller subject and a nicer overall composition. Not everything macro has to be in your face.

	Who ,me? by androgeus Comment: Had a second look. I started with a 6 but it deserves more for excellent focus and composition. I also went with a smaller bug and nicer floral composition. Not everything macro has to be in your face. See then if you can pick my entry... Bokeh is superb. Bumped to 8.

	Start The Engine! Get Set! ... Takeoff! by Tiberius Comment: Wonderful shot, detail on almost the whole body which means excellent DOF control and lighting. Great bokeh. The wing hiding the eye is a bit detracting. Bumped to a 7.

	A Fly on the Wall by Pattyd1230 Comment: Nice garish and bright colours but I think you over zoomed/cropped and this enhances the fact that the focus is way off.

	safe at home... by skewsme Comment: Interesting POV. Emotion of the cat's inqusitiveness adds interest. Focus is however neither on the fly or the cat but somewhere inbetween.

	Praying mentis disguished as deer by bjprasad Comment: Disguished? hehe. Nice find and closeup. The window/door frame detracts however from a natural setting/environment. Lighting is a bit washed out.

	Cricket by Michiel Comment: By Jimminy it's a cricket! Good focus and catchlight that in this macro doesn't overly detract. Because they are relatively bland compared to hoverflies and bees it might not do as well as other shots but still a pleasing macro.

	Nobody told me it was autumn... by anniek Comment: Yuk a stinkbug, but great clarity and DOF over almost entire body. They are reasonably quick so good effort. I might have cropped in a bit more however.
