Stunning colours and love the soft outer rim. Shot in shade and perfect WB. Good photography costs :)

Unusual image to say the least. The slight hint of golden light on the leaf edge is beautiful. Weird leaf too! Nice diagonal composition. Keep 'em coming!
I seldom try textures despite having the full set of Topaz Labs (link for those that aren't familiar with it.) I use it for masking and web sharpness mostly but also quality B&W conversions.

Wow! Well caught. They are very shy. Only seen them once before and they took off at high speed :)

They are such wonderful subjects. I whisper and talk softly to them :) After 11+ years mine are so tame they let me get within 3-4 meters of them, even when nesting or they have little-uns. Everyone else living on the plot gets a screech and dive bombed :) Great shot!

Great duo tone. Makes the flower pop. I shoot this in portrait mode to get more in and at such a slow s/s on a tripod to get it crisper. Harsh light and harsh shadows indicate middle of the day shot. Try early morning or late evening when light is softer, more warm.

Awesome high key yet with enough colour to enjoy and isolate. Agree, the border is a bit hectic and OOP.
