It is a surprisingly good lens (in the right hands). It takes a lot of knocking online, but those people want OOB tack sharpness on image #1. You've done well considering that. Goes to show it's not the gear but how you use what you've got.

Great IQ and feather detail. Not liking the shade on his eye and the lack of colour or catchlight there. The green tinge (Chromatic Aberration?) around his head looks like it was masked and a new BG placed there but probably just the lens battling with the the high contrast.
