On the edgeby fpalumboComment: Lovely compo. Great DOF. Crisp and clear on the bird but due overcast condition a lack of (these days) an expected catchlight in the eye. Pity the tail feathers are chopped off in frame. |

The Landingby EnlightenedComment: Lovely stop motion image of the Osprey. I especially like the claws and feet extended and intent on it's face. Good exposure despite the annoying bright white top right which constantly attracts my eyes away. |

Cooper's Scowlby jbrightComment: Beautiful bird and perfect BG to offset it. Bird sanctuary shot which doesn't lesen the image quality, just the difficulty to get it. Good composition and obligatory catchlight in the eye. I'm in two minds about the B&W conversion as these raptors are very colourful. The shade on the neck is annoying and unfortunate. |

Flight (Dinner included)by cloudsmeComment: Great in the wild shot of the (Grey?) Heron with lunch. Nice timing. Good s/s to get the head relatively steady yet blur on the wings. Pity it is quartering away from you slightly and the head/eye appears unsharp. |

Hoverby scrum8Comment: Good shot of the hummer, with steady head yet beating blurred wings, but a bit dark offset by a lighter BG that may have affected your exposure. Wing tip is also cut off. |

Shy ?by cyparisComment: Excellent focus on the eye and adorable splayed crown feathers. Good BG and comp. OE by at least a 1/3rd of a stop. The feathers are a bit washed out. |
